Notice of Infringement โ Claim Requirements
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material.
- Please provide the exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.

- A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important Legal Notice
Title 17 USC ยง512(f) provides penaltiesโincluding damages and attorney feesโagainst any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a DMCA notification.

Counter Notification โ Restoration of Removed Material
If you received a notice that your content was removed due to a copyright claim, you may file a counter notification to request restoration. Your counter notice must include, pursuant to 17 USC ยง512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to:
- the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area, or
- if outside the U.S., any district where the service provider is located;
and that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright violations seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain a list of all DMCA notices received and make a good-faith effort to identify repeat infringers.
Accounts found to be in repeated violation of copyright policy will be terminated.
