Counter Notification – Restoration of Removed Material

If you received a notice that your content was removed due to a copyright claim, you may file a counter notification to request restoration. Your counter notice must include, pursuant to 17 USC §512(g)(3):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to:
   • the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area, or
   • if outside the U.S., any district where the service provider is located;
     and that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright violations seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain a list of all DMCA notices received and make a good-faith effort to identify repeat infringers.
